The Manager, Facilities Engineering oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for the reliability, safety, and performance of all facility systems. The role provides strategic and technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, controls, and building automation systems, ensuring strong preventive maintenance and continuous improvement. A key focus is developing and sustaining comprehensive electrical engineering and safety programs that meet all regulatory requirements. The manager also leads long‑term capital planning, asset lifecycle analysis, and infrastructure investment prioritization while managing the facility capital budget.
