Facilities Maintenance Engineer III

Position Summary: Performs corrective and preventive maintenance to the buildings, building systems, and grounds in accordance with Park Nicollet’s standard practices. Ensures optimum efficiency and reliability of life safety systems, non-regulated patient care equipment, and facility systems for all PNHS clinic locations. Troubleshoots issues with aforementioned systems.
Interfaces with and acts as a liaison to a wide variety of internal clients, including clinic staff, patients, and clinic leadership. Understandsimpact of operational decisions with respect to comfort, safety, compliance, finance, and energy.
