Facilities Operations Lead

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Facility Executive to support the Facilities Manager and oversee day-to-day operations at a location or campus. You will supervise maintenance programs, coordinate with vendors, prepare budgets and reports, and ensure compliance with safety, insurance and contract requirements.

You’ll respond to tenant concerns and drive reliable, cost-efficient facility services aligned with client goals.
