Facility Assistant

Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending / national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed.

We are looking to recruit a Facility Assistant to join the current facilities team, working across Ceredigion County Council’s Direct Services residential care homes. These posts will provide additional flexible capacity to support the service during periods of sickness, annual leave, training and short-term operational pressures.

You will help ensure that the homes remain safe, clean and well maintained for residents, staff and visitors. Duties will include routine maintenance, environmental checks, health and safety tasks, fire and equipment checks, and other practical duties to support the day-to-day operation of the homes.
