Facility Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced strong Facility Coordinator preferably Filipino Nationals to oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth coordination of Hard and Soft Services activities. The role requires strong site coordination skills, vendor management experience, and hands‑on exposure to FM operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility operations ensuring smooth functioning of Hard Services MEP HVAC Electrical Plumbing and Soft Services Housekeeping Security Waste Management.
• Act as the primary site-level point of contact for managing FM activities and addressing service-related issues.
• Monitor planned preventive maintenance PPM and corrective maintenance works ensuring timely execution as per SLA.
• Coordinate with internal teams, technicians and third‑party vendors for maintenance and service delivery.
• Track work orders, service requests and job closures using CAFM FM systems.
