Job Description
Job Purpose
To assist in the smooth running of the facilities by resolving complex technical issues to ensure highest quality of service delivery to clients and providing support to Facilities Managers to meet budgets, efficient client reporting and managing the team on site.
Job Responsibilities
- Accept responsibility for the technical and commercial success for individual projects and/or a group of projects as agreed with management
- Perform Complex Preventive and corrective maintenance on the assigned sites for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscaping and Mechanical
- Understand the maintenance schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information about the process of the facilities assigned.
- Use this knowledge of the methods and activities to determine ways that processes can be refined to make the delivery of services more efficient.
