Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end facilities management operations across telecom infrastructure including offices, technical buildings, and data centers. The role requires strong expertise in MEP systems, vendor management, and service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall facilities operations, hard and soft services across multiple sites.
- Ensure smooth functioning of MEP systems (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, UPS, Generators).
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA KPI targets.
- Handle breakdowns, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Manage and evaluate FM contractors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE regulations.
