As a Facility Service Tech, you will perform heavy-duty cleaning and related yard maintenance work in an assigned area, building complex, or outdoor area.

Facility Technician Core Responsibilities
Painting & Surface Finishing – Prepare and paint interior/exterior surfaces; perform drywall patching, texturing, and touch-ups to maintain property appearance.Flooring Installation & Repair – Install, repair, and replace vinyl, LVP, laminate, carpet tile, and other flooring systems.Drywall & Wall Repairs – Repair or replace damaged drywall; patch, tape, mud, sand, and texture to match existing finishes.General Carpentry & Construction – Perform minor framing, trim work, door and hardware repair, shelving installation, and support renovation projects.Lighting & Basic Electrical – Replace fixtures, bulbs, switches, outlets, and ballasts...
