Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Facility Supervisor, Projects** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Coordinates and monitors the work of technicians engaged in the maintenance and construction of building systems.
+ Prepare work schedules, assign specific project tasks, and verify that all repairs meet established SOPs.
+ Maintain records of project activities and ensure that necessary tools and supplies are available for the technical workforce.
+ Drafts RMI project status reports and maintains construction documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.
+ Prepare project artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing repairs at regional mission-support sites.
+ Assist in identifying technical project gaps and recommend priority repairs to sustain theater readiness.
