Facility Technician Mechanical

Duties And Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting facilities equipment related to mechanical system such as the following:
• Water Cooled Aircon (Chiller and Cooling Tower)
• Air Cooled and Split Type Aircon
• Fire Pump Controls
• HVAC PLC and Controls
• Exhaust Fans and Control
• Pumps and its control system
• Fire Pump System
• Supervise third party service provider for the day to day activity to ensure safe and sustainable running condition of the equipment compliant to TE Standards.
• Daily monitoring of all Mechanical Equipment of Facility and raise concern to superior in case of any deviation to acceptable parameters.

Qualification

• Mechanical Technician with 5 years minimum experience in Facilities Department under Mechanical Group in a Manufacturing Set-up.
