Two positions : Houston and Dallas, TX ( Arlington 76017)
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation: $245K Base Salary + 20% Bonus Structure + Additional monthly compensation for NP/PA supervision

In this role, you will focus entirely on patient outcomes and quality of care rather than volume or RVU pressures. You will provide comprehensive clinical care to a diverse patient base focusing primarily on adults and the senior population alongside a collaborative team of nurse practitioners and support staff.
