Job Description

Responsibilities
- Coordinate planting and cultivating activities.
- Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology and cover crops.
- Oversee the activities of clearing the fields.
- Manage overall operation of farm.
