F&B Intern

The Food & Beverage Intern plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the hotels restaurants bars and events. This internship provides hands‑on experience in service delivery guest interaction and operational excellence within a luxury hospitality environment. The intern will gain valuable exposure to Fairmont's brand standards learn from experienced professionals and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Summary of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Outlet Manager or F&B Supervisor responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
