Job Description
Field and 0-km failure/complaint solving from customer
Daily field errors analysis based on CCU
New field running scenario and end-users fleet supporting
Field vehicles onsite trouble shooting and problem solving
Customer vehicle end of line support
Spare parts supporting to ensure the repairing finish in time
Field vehicle management(SW update history, HW repairing history, etc.)
After sales technical & training document setup and maintenance
Service suggestion definition/guidance setup and maintenance.
Service Station training and management.
