Our client is a leading healthcare facility in Dubai UAE seeking a skilled BCBA Assistant to support the Board Certified Behavior Analyst and contribute to effective behavior analysis services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BCBA in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and In-Home Behavior Technicians (IBTs).
• Support ABA department staff ensuring adherence to standards guidelines timelines and budget.
• Ensure quality and effective implementation of treatment and programming for designated clients.
• Conduct a range of behavior including ABLLS VB-MAPP functional behaviors and preference assessments and create positive behavior support plans under the BCBAs supervision.
• Assist therapists in implementing strategies to reduce problem behavior.
• Plan and organize training sessions and workshops for RBTs service providers caregivers and families.
