Fiber Splicer (LEAD)

We are seeking an experienced Fiber Splicer (LEAD) to support our client's telecommunications infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) splicing, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

• Perform fiber optic splicing as a Fiber Splicer (LEAD) for both OSP and ISP environments, including ribbon splicing, ribbonizing, and splitting ribbons within 288 and 428 Fiber.


• Splice into live networks while ensuring accuracy, safety, and minimal service disruption.


• Conduct OTDR testing, interpret traces, and identify signal loss or faults.


• Troubleshoot fiber issues and apply proper repair or replacement techniques.
