Field Coordinator

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Cultural Heritage Lead – Field Coordinator to provide hands-on leadership across cultural heritage field programs. This role is focused on coordinating and supervising archaeological surveys and cultural heritage activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and land access requirements.

You will be the key point of contact on the ground—leading teams, supporting Traditional Owner engagement, and ensuring high-quality field data, reporting, and compliance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cultural heritage fieldwork (surveys and site checks)
• Supervise field teams, including Traditional Owners and contractors
• Ensure all work is completed safely and follows requirements
