Field Operations Supervisor

The Mission

To serve as the frontline champion of our partnership with Super Bock Group. This role ensures that every deployment is executed with precision, every piece of equipment is optimized for performance, and every stakeholder, from corporate leadership to the local bar owner—receives world-class service through data-driven action and physical presence.

Core Responsibilities

1. Data-Driven Diagnostics

• Daily Performance Audit: Start every day by analyzing the Pubinno Pro App to review the previous 24 hours of performance across all active locations.
• Proactive Intervention: Identify and resolve unusual behaviors immediately (e.g., offline devices or zero sales). Contact the responsible parties to provide remote support and implement preventative measures to ensure issues do not recur.
