Key Responsibilities
Handle field quality issues related to EV Trucks and Tipper Vehicles. Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of vehicle failures at customer locations. Coordinate with Service, Production, R& D, and Supplier teams for issue resolution. Analyze failures related to: Battery Systems Motor & Controller Charging Systems Vehicle Electricals High Voltage Components Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action implementation.
