Job Description

Job Summary:

Drive residential solar EPC sales by identifying prospects, delivering customized proposals, and converting leads to successful installations in the UP region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site assessments and explain system feasibility to clients
  • Present proposals and close deals with homeowners, builders, and small businesses
  • Maintain database of inquiries and track lead status
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Assist in branding activities, roadshows, and exhibitions
  • Collect customer feedback and hand over to execution team post-sale


Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1–3 years in field sales
  • Experience in solar, real estate, or energy industry is preferred
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
