Key responsibilities (clean interpretation)
Install, commission, calibrate, and test automation machinery with team members.
Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Perform spare parts replacement and basic machine maintenance.
Provide on-site technical support and production assistance to clients.
Monitor machine performance and submit timely reports and feedback.
Ensure all service activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
