Field Service Technician

  RESPONSIBILITIES – Job Summary The Field Service Technician will be responsible to assemble, install and repair Veritas SmartDoors®.

Strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of electrical wiring/troubleshooting, computer skills, and hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing motors would be beneficial for this position.

The candidate needs to be willing to learn how to build a Veritas SmartDoor®.

Must be able to communicate well, both verbally and written, for interactions with the client and for writing service repair reports.

Travel will be required, up to 60%, domestically and occasionally internationally.

Travel requirements may be higher and will fluctuate based upon customer needs.   ACTIVITY – SmartDoor ® Build / Harleysville Shop Time Allocation:
