Field Service Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with vehicle communication systems and a strong ability to troubleshoot and make decisions. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills as you will interact directly with customers. The position involves travel to out-of-state locations.

Responsibilities

Work with vehicle communication systems, such as J- or J- protocol or similar.

Provide service and maintenance on vehicles including buses, trains, autos, trucks, military vehicles, or aircraft.

Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to interpret issues and make informed decisions.

Engage with customers effectively, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience with vehicle communication systems is preferred.
