Field Services Technician: On-Site & Remote Installations

NTT DATA is looking for a Field Services Technician in Guanajuato, Mexico, to be responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor system solutions. You will handle hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems.

The ideal candidate will manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, notebooks, and printers while acting as a liaison between the company and clients.
