Filling station manager

Responsibilities

The Fuel Station Manager is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the site by ensuring:

Safe and efficient daily operations Exceptional customer service Strong financial and stock control Compliance with company and oil company standards Leadership, coaching and development of all staff Achievement of sales, GP and operational targets Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Fuel Station Manager or Assistant Manager

Strong leadership and people management skills

Experience in:

Fuel operations Forecourt management Convenience store management Cash management Stock control Staff scheduling Daily reporting
