Final Assembly Engineer: DfX‑Driven Production Optimizer

Nokia is seeking a Final Assembly Engineer to join their team in Oulu, Finland. In this role, you will manage operations in the final assembly area and work closely with product programs. You will analyze manufacturing problems, implement corrective actions, and influence product design through the Design for Excellence process.

The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical or industrial engineering, mechanical design skills, and fluency in English and Finnish.
