The Finance Analyst will provide support to the finance team in various control and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient management of financial processes and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Job Functions
Accounting Operations
- Support in the preparation of accounting entries.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Recording and monitoring of supplier invoices.
- Expense control and support in payment management.
Financial and Control Processes
- Monitoring and control of purchase orders.
- Support and assistance to suppliers.
- Maintenance and updating of the supplier database.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Collection and analysis of financial information by campaign and margin.
- Collaboration in the preparation of reports for the Finance Department.
