Job Description
Within GFSS, SAP employees have an opportunity to handle end-to-end high-quality finance services to SAP customers throughout the Globe.
Expectations and Tasks
- Posting of incoming vendor invoices
- Procurement Operations quality check
- Vendor accounts maintenance, including open items management
- Month end closing activities for Accounts PayableInterface to Finance & Accounting teams
- Support of rollout projects
- End user support
- Supplier communication and support (Helpdesk via tickets, chat)
- Communication with purchasing and accounting departments
Work Experience
- Work experience in accounting preferred - not mandatory
- Experience with SAP system is an advantage
- Procure to pay Experience is preferred.
