Role Purpose
The Finance Business Partner supports business leaders by providing complex financial insight, performance analysis, and decision support based on agreed plans and forecasts.
The role focuses on explaining performance, supporting operational decisions, and driving value creation, while FP&A retains ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
