Finance Controller - Lead Accounting, Budgets & Controls

Sonova is seeking a qualified finance leader in Mexicali, Baja California to lead and manage all accounting activities. The successful candidate will drive budgeting and forecasting, oversee cash flow management, and coordinate external activities such as audits. A Bachelor's degree in finance and professional certification like CPA or CMA is required. Strong communication skills in English and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are a must. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
