Job Description

Conduct functional requirements gathering and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Conduct needs assessments to determine where improvements can be made.

Conduct training sessions on Finance ERP software applications in order to help users adapt to new technology within their field.

Project delivery – contributes to conceptual and logical designs and work with customers on functional and technical aspects of ERP project delivery and support.

Undertake the required professional ERP certification and related training. Any other duty that may be assigned
