Finance IT Business Analyst - Hybrid Madrid

Devoteam is looking for a Finance IT Business Analyst to facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure effective requirements validation for finance-related IT changes. You will focus on improving services and managing UAT processes while collaborating closely with IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of experience in systems projects, and strong analytical and communication skills. A hybrid work arrangement in Madrid (4–5 days in the office) is expected.
