We have two core pillars:

• Build a Finance function that becomes a benchmark for the market.
  
• Work closely with the founders on strategy, board/investor conversations, and future fundraising/financing workstreams.
  

This is a Lead role, but we are hands‑on at every level. From entry‑level to C‑level, everyone owns projects, sets a high bar, and delivers.
