Job Summary
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. The role requires strong initiative, independence, and leadership in overseeing financial activities with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate must come from a manufacturing background and possess experience in managing local and international financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.
- Manage and oversee exempt benefits transactions and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management , providing insights to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present Management Committee (ManCom) reports for both the Philippines and the United States operations.
