The Lead – Finance Strategy, Special Projects & Solution Design is responsible for leading high-impact strategic initiatives. These initiatives advance Finance priorities through solution design, process improvement, operating model enhancements, and the application of emerging technologies. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities. It develops practical solutions and drives execution of initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.
While the primary focus of the role is special projects and solution design, the successful candidate will also support Finance portfolio management activities in the near term, helping to drive prioritization, initiative sequencing, portfolio reporting, budget oversight, and value realization across key Finance investments.
