5–8+ years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, or related roles
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and/or enterprise performance management
Proven experience in finance technology, automation, or digital finance transformation initiatives
Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering complex transformation projects
Background in shared services or GBS environments is an advantage
Ability to structure complex business challenges and develop practical solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives
Degree in finance, economics, business, or information systems
Bonus Points If You Have ⭐
Experience with SAP (FI/CO) or SAP S/4HANA finance transformation projects
Knowledge of platforms such as BlackLine, HighRadius, ServiceNow, Anaplan, Alteryx, or Blue Prism ...
