Job Description Summary
The selected candidate will support brokerage professionals providing corporate real estate services to local Toronto-based and multi-market private companies & public corporations. This position will report into our Occupier Financial Advisory organization. The Financial Analyst maintains proprietary Excel models of market data and prepares financial comparisons for C&W’s brokerage, consulting and investment divisions. The role includes preparing financial analysis of the projected costs associated with lease renewals and relocations, involving the comparative assessment of various leasing alternatives, lease vs. ownership, build‑to‑suits, and own vs. sale/leaseback. The Analyst may also prepare investment analysis in relation to asset acquisitions and dispositions.
