Focused on exceptional member service, this role drives retention and growth through personalized solutions and meaningful engagement. The manager ensures service quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and team development, while fostering a consultative, high-performing environment that supports new member acquisition, financial education, and long-term loyalty.
