Financial Controller

We are searching for a Controller who can act as a strategic finance business partner to the operation, connecting financial insight with business performance, productivity, investment decisions, and long-term growth. This role is designed for a finance professional who wants to move beyond traditional controlling and play a visible role in shaping the plant's financial and operational agenda. As Controller, you will work closely with the CFO, plant leadership, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams to provide the financial intelligence needed to improve profitability, optimize costs, strengthen controls, and support key business decisions.
