Capitalize for Kids is looking for an experienced financial leader to fill the Director, Finance role. This hands-on position blends strategic oversight with operational management, enabling the organization to enhance its impact in child and youth mental health. You’ll oversee budgeting, cash flow, compliance, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure the financial integrity of C4K's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial reporting and month-end closure processes
• Develop and manage multi-year budgets
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Supervise the part-time Bookkeeper's daily tasks
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to analyze financial performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of financial management experience
