Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Operations
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (A/R, A/P, general ledger, reconciliations)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee compensation records
- Manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support tax preparation by maintaining organized financial documentation
