Financial Services Counsel (Remote)

Axiom Technology Inc seeks a Financial Services Lawyer to support top-tier financial institutions. You will provide commercial legal advice on a range of financial products, review and draft treasury documents, loan agreements, product terms, and security documents as needed to ensure compliance with local and international standards.

You will liaise with front and back office, internal control groups, and external counsel to coordinate efforts and meet business needs.
