Finished Goods Inventory & Distribution

As our Finished Goods Inventory & Distribution Officer, you will be the gatekeeper of our post-production supply chain. You will manage the balance and movement of finished goods across multiple major warehouses, ensuring flawless data synchronization between our centralized omnichannel system, online marketplaces, and B2B partners. Your main focus is to maintain optimum stock availability, eliminate discrepancies, and prevent overselling during high-traffic campaign drops.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and control real-time inventory levels of finished goods across multiple warehouse locations through centralized systems.

•⁠ ⁠Perform regular system data reconciliation against active marketplace stocks to ensure zero discrepancies and eliminate the risk of oversold or negative inventory.
