The Fleet management department, dependent on the Service Management Office is responsible for the Coordination of the vehicle fleet for MED, MENA, South Africa and Kenya. This department manages suppliers and end users, optimizes the fleet and reduces CO2 emissions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all fleet demands from our internal customers ensuring on time deliveries full filled with quality and safety standards required by each country across MED region.

  • Become a key part of the Business Improvement Team, working across different countries and time zones

  • Function as Service Account Manager for the suppliers within the fleets management including find and lead selection, qualification, negotiation and contracting
