Fleet Onboarding & Playbook Lead

DiDi Global in Monterrey is seeking a Fleet Success Manager to enhance fleet productivity and establish onboarding processes for new fleet partners. Success will be measured by the ability to guide fleets to operational maturity and streamline procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success or growth operations, strong data skills, and the capability to develop and implement operational frameworks.
