Flexible Medical Administrator (Ad Hoc Contract)

We are seeking a flexible Medical Administrator to provide ad hoc cover across our Tralee & Killarney centres.

• Primarily evening & weekend shifts
• Hours and days will vary based on service needs
• Rotas are typically issued 1 month in advance
• Flexibility to work across both locations is essential

This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible working arrangements within a healthcare environment.

The successful candidates will be involved in confirming & scheduling radiology appointments, updating systems, making & receiving phone calls, being the first point of contact to the patients when they arrive to the centre & providing excellent customer service at all times.
