Job Description
Job Title: Floor Layer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Flooring Installation: Carry out installation of a range of floor coverings including vinyl, LVT, carpet tiles, and safety flooring across social housing properties.
- Void Properties: Complete flooring works in void properties to ensure they are finished to a high standard and ready for re-letting.
- Preparation Works: Prepare subfloors including cleaning, levelling, and minor repairs to ensure correct installation.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Undertake repairs and replacement of damaged or worn flooring within occupied and void properties.
