Floor Supervisor, Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Uphold and maintain all guestrooms, public areas, corridors, pantry areas and fire exits (staircases) in assigned areas in accordance with The Peninsula Quality Standard of cleanliness and orderliness as set forth by the Executive Housekeeper.
• Supervise and monitor the activities of the PM/AM room attendants; inspect and declare rooms for sale needed by the Front Office.
• Supervise all Public Area Attendants and coordinate staff activities to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, orderliness and attractiveness of the hotel premises and surroundings.
• Responsible for the overall maintenance of assigned areas and ensure that the service and quality standards are maintained within the HK department.
• Train, discipline and motivate subordinates; perform administrative functions; ensure guests and subordinates safety and security; attend to guests’ complaints and requests promptly.
