Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver personalised, five-star dining experiences across all meal periods.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and manage special dietary requirements.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and discreetly.
- Maintain a visible presence during service to ensure standards are consistently met.
- Supervise daily F&B service operations including: Restaurant, bar, boma, bush dinners, in-room dining, and safari meals.
