THE ROLE
As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, F&B Procurement, you will:
Source the highest quality food, beverages, packaging, supplies, and equipment to keep our Food & Beverage operations running smoothly.Help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time through effective inventory management, organization, and storage.Build strong relationships with vendor partners to deliver exceptional service, quality, and value. Support smart purchasing decisions that balance quality, cost, and operational needs. Contribute to the seamless operation of our Food & Beverage spaces by maintaining equipment, supplies, and back-of-house readiness.THE QUALIFICATIONS
